Holiday Roasted Carrots Recipe

Ingredients
1) package of baby carrots
1 1/2 tablespoons of sugar either white or brown
1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
Remember any of these amounts can be adjusted for your taste

Instructions
In a bowl combine the baby carrots, the sugar, cinnamon, salt-and-pepper. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Then placed the carrots on a nonstick baking sheet. Making sure to spread them evenly. Then place the carrots into the oven and bake at 425° for 35 to 45 minutes depending on your oven. Make sure the carrots are fork tender before serving. Also, you can garnish the carrots with some chopped parsley.
